At Amayas Grill, we believe in bringing people together over simple, flavorful food.

This vibrant culinary haven, was founded in 1994 by a dedicated restaurateur in honor of his mother, Tomasa. With eclectic decor showcasing his Mexican roots, the restaurant quickly became popular for its delicious fusion of Mexican and Texas flavors. Just weeks after, a tornado devastated the area, but with community support, We reopened. In 1999, he expanded to Red Oak despite facing bank rejections. Today, is beloved for its mouthwatering fajitas, refreshing margaritas, and warm atmosphere.
